Lent has begun. We hope you have received a Lenten Devotional and if you have children at home our Children's materials. Our hope is that as we take a few moments each day to meditate on God, our lives become richer, and our love for God and for one another will grow. If you did not get a packet please call and let us know. Also, we know that one size does not fit all. There are many other Lenten Devotional tools out there. In addition to the one from Christ Church, I am also using "Meeting Jesus on the Margins" which is available on Kindle.
A few years back I wrote short blog entries each day during Lent. This year I will be doing the same starting on the first Saturday in Lent. You can take a look at : Fr. Paul's Blog.
May this Lent be a time for each of us to re-connect with God and one another. As part of re-connecting, and because the First Sunday in Lent happens to be Valentine's Day, we will offer a renewal of wedding vows ceremony in the chapel immediately following the 11:00 a.m. service.
In X, Fr. Paul
