    Candidate refers to the person who will receive the sacrament or service. Sponsor or Godparent is a person supporting them as they take this step in their Christian faith and life.

    Please Choose one of the options below.
                                                                                             GODPARENT INFORMATION 
    Please list Godparent (s) for First Communion. Parents can serve as Godparents for 1st Communion, but you may choose other people, including their baptismal Godparents. We suggest at least one and no more than three Godparents. 

    For Confirmation, we ask the the person getting confirmed choose one or two of their own sponsors, preferably not a parent, but people who are models of the Christian faith and life, already confirmed and willing to be a support to the person getting confirmed.
